While snow is falling down here in Amsterdam, there’s a small early Christmas present for all of you! A few days ago we played some songs at a beautiful venue called Elicium. Unfortunately, the performance was private, so we couldn’t tell you about it beforehand. However, Jeroen Klaphake was kind enough to make some great pictures, which you can see over here!

We just had our 10,000th member sign up to our website! Woohoo! I’d put the up the name of the person who was the 10,000th member of our website in this article, but wordpress (our website software) is going crazy for some strange reason. Still, thanks for signing up mysterious 10,000th person! I hope you enjoy our celebratory cat picture.

The Crowns are taking over South-Korea! Well, we’re not quite there (yet!), but we do have the first The Crowns T-Shirt sighting in this beautiful Asian country! Jenny, the winner of our Fanart contest, sent us this picture of her rocking her The Crowns shirt all the way in South-Korea.

Two of our awesome fans, Helsy and Dina (pictured to the right with shades matching their awesomeness), have created a The Crowns fan club website at http://www.thecrownsfanclub.webs.com/ They did a great job and the website looks very professional! This once again confirms that we have the best and most creative fans of any band out there :)

It’s been way too long since we’ve posted a video on our youtube, which is a shame for all our fans (almost 40,000, woohoo!) who have subscribed to our youtube channel. That’s why we’ve decided that we shouldn’t just release music videos on our youtube, but also add other kinds of videos related to The Crowns.

In our first video we want to do a mini-interview where we answer some of the questions our fans have about the band, about us, about life in Amsterdam or about anything else. So if you’ve always wanted to ask Valentine if he’s really a yodeling professional, or if Thomas could show off his infamous Carlton dance, this is your chance (for those who have no idea what we’re talking about, check out our bio).
